Terms of service

1. What these terms are

These terms apply between you and [ΕΠΩΝΥΜΙΑ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ / COMPANY NAME] ([ΝΟΜΙΚΗ ΜΟΡΦΗ / LEGAL FORM]), based at [ΔΙΕΥΘΥΝΣΗ ΕΔΡΑΣ / REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we"). They apply when you create an account and as long as you use Sitebook. The service is for professionals and businesses. ⚖ Lawyer check

2. The service

Sitebook gives you a booking page or a website with booking, in your name and colours, and a dashboard to manage services, team, opening hours, bookings and customers. Your customers book without an account.

Some things do not exist yet and are marked "Coming soon": online payments, sending reminders, your own domain. We do not promise when they will be added.

3. Free trial of 14 days

Every new account starts with a free trial of 14 days. No credit card is needed to start the trial. The trial does not renew. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan; if you choose one while the trial is running, you add a card then and the first charge is on the day the trial would have ended.

When the trial ends and you have not chosen a plan:

• The dashboard becomes read only, so you cannot change anything.
• Your public page shows a pause notice and does not take bookings.
• Your data stays stored, and you can download it or delete your account at any time.
• If you do not return, we may delete the account after [INACTIVE ACCOUNT PERIOD], after telling you. ⚖ Lawyer check

4. Plans and payments

The plans and their prices are shown in the Pricing section of the website and on the Plan and billing page of your dashboard. Prices include VAT and are charged monthly or yearly, as you choose. You pay by card through Stripe, our payment provider. The subscription renews automatically every billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the billing page, and it then ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Invoices and receipts: [HOW INVOICING WORKS]. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and your account keeps working for 7 days; after that it becomes read only until the payment is made. ⚖ Lawyer check

5. Your account

You give correct details, keep your password secret and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens through your account.

6. What is and is not allowed

You may not use Sitebook:

• for illegal, misleading or offensive content;
• to pretend to be another person or business;
• to send unwanted messages to customers;
• to upload photos or texts you have no right to use;
• to try to break, slow down or get around the service or its limits.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, with notice where possible. ⚖ Lawyer check

7. Your content and your customers

The content you upload stays yours. You give us the right to store and show it only to provide the service.

You are responsible for your customers' details. That means:

• you need a lawful reason to hold them and you tell your customers how you use them (Sitebook gives you a privacy notice template you can edit);
• you record only what you need, and you do not write sensitive details, such as health details, unless you have a lawful reason and the necessary safeguards;
• you answer your customers' requests (access, correction, deletion);
• when you record a booking yourself, you make sure the customer has agreed.

We process these details on your behalf, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement, which is part of these terms. ⚖ Lawyer check

8. Our rights

The software, templates, designs and photos of Sitebook belong to us or to their owners. You may use them through the service while your account is valid. You may not copy or resell them. ⚖ Lawyer check

9. Availability and support

We try to keep the service running all the time, but we do not guarantee that it will not be interrupted or have errors. It may need maintenance, or one of our providers may have a problem. Support: [SUPPORT CHANNEL AND HOURS]. ⚖ Lawyer check

The system technically stops the same time being booked twice, but your schedule and your bookings are your responsibility.

10. Third party services

Sitebook works with third party services, such as Supabase and Vercel. If one of them is down, our service may be affected too. Calendar services you connect yourself are covered by their own terms.

11. Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, for example for appointments missed because the service was interrupted. Our total liability to you for one event is limited to [LIABILITY CAP]. 12. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Download your data first, because deletion cannot be undone. We may end the agreement or suspend the account if you break these terms or do not pay, with notice where possible. After the agreement ends we delete your data, as the Privacy Policy describes. ⚖ Lawyer check

13. Changes to the service and the terms

We may change the service or these terms. For significant changes we will tell you at least [NUMBER] days before, in the dashboard or by email. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change applies. ⚖ Lawyer check

14. Governing law and courts

Greek law applies to these terms. The courts of [CITY OF THE COURTS] have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise. ⚖ Lawyer check

16. Your lawful operation

You are responsible for the lawful operation of your business: for its registration, for every licence needed for the services you offer, and for your tax obligations. Sitebook does not check them and does not promise that you hold them. ⚖ Lawyer check

Before a page goes live, you accept a declaration that your business is lawfully registered, holds the licences it needs and meets its tax obligations. The declaration is kept with the date, the name you gave and the wording you accepted, and it is part of these terms and of the agreement between us. ⚖ Lawyer check

If your type of business is regulated (for example private driver transfers, travel services, health, psychology, legal and accounting services, and hotels), you also give your tax number (ΑΦΜ), your licence or registry number and the authority that issued it, and you have 30 days from then to upload a document that shows the licence. Your page can be published while it is being checked. ⚖ Lawyer check

17. Sitebook is software

Sitebook provides software. We do not provide, sell or take part in the services you offer, we are not a party to the agreement between you and your customers, and we are not responsible for how you carry out your services or for what you tell your customers. ⚖ Lawyer check

18. Pausing and suspending pages

We may pause or suspend a page, with or without notice, when:

• the licence of a regulated business is not verified within 30 days, or the document does not show a licence;
• we receive a report that we think is justified;
• the page appears to break the law or these terms. ⚖ Lawyer check

A paused or suspended page shows a neutral notice that it is not available, takes no bookings and does not open for your customers. Your business stays in your account. To bring back a page that was paused for a missing licence, upload the document in the dashboard. Anyone can report a page with the "Report this page" link at the foot of it. ⚖ Lawyer check

19. Licence documents and data processing
