Do I have to pay to get started?
The first 20-minute introduction is free. The other meetings have a price that you see before you book.
Do you book the tickets and hotels for me?
We give you specific suggestions and the next steps. Bookings are made in your name, so you stay in control.
How early should I come before my trip?
The earlier the better, because you have more choice. For summer, ideally 3 to 4 months ahead, but we also help on shorter notice.
Can I come with my friends or family?
Yes. Tell us in the booking how many people are coming, so there is room and time for everyone.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Yes, up to 12 hours before it starts, from the booking page or by phone, at no charge.
Do you hold meetings by video?
Yes. If you cannot come to the office, write in the booking comment that you would like a video meeting.
